Yesselkhanova Gulzhaina graduated from Karaganda State University in 1989 with a degree in Biology.

In 2004, she defended her PhD thesis in the specialty 03.00.13 “Physiology”, candidate of biological sciences.

In 2025 year from 6th to 30th of October, she took advanced training courses at the Private Educational Institution of Additional Professional Education “Institute of Modern Professional Education” on the topic: “Normal Physiology” (144 hours).

Yesselkhanova Gulzhaina has authored over 80 scientific and methodological works, including 10 educational and methodological packages in Russian and Kazakh, a preliminary patent of the Republic of Kazakhstan for "Improving Mental Activity," a rational proposal for stimulating mental performance, and six certificates of state registration of copyright. She is a co-author of the textbook "Zhas Erekshelik Physiology" and the scientific work "Scientific Organization of Occupational Safety."
