Dear Students of KMU NCJSC!
We would like to inform you about the availability of vacant rooms in the dormitories of KMU NCJSC as of May 19, 2026:
•    Dormitory No. 1 – 27 places (11 men’s, 16 women’s)
•    Dormitory No. 2 – 2 places (women’s)
•    Dormitory No. 3 – 44 places (24 men’s, 20 women’s)
•    Dormitory No. 4 – 23 places (14 men’s, 9 women’s)
•    Dormitory No. 5 – 17 places (5 men’s, 12 women’s)
•    Dormitory No. 6 – 76 places (40 men’s, 36 women’s)
•    Dormitory No. 7 – 21 places (9 men’s, 12 women’s)
Check-in Requirements:
1.Submit an application via the AIS Platonus system
2. Attach the payment receipt.
Dormitory No. 1: 40,000 KZT, Dormitories No. 2, No. 4, No. 7: 30,000 KZT, Dormitories No. 3, No. 6: 35,000 KZT, Dormitory No. 5: 45,000 KZT; a security deposit equal to one month's rent is required upon check-in. This deposit will be fully refunded upon check-out, provided that a formal application and the original receipt are submitted, and all terms and conditions specified in the "Dormitory Accommodation Agreement" are strictly met.
