On May 8, 2026, as part of the implementation of the "Жаңа Қазақстан" (New Kazakhstan) concept, the Department of History of Kazakhstan and Social-Political Disciplines held an ongoing interactive workshop, "Жаңғыру жолы" (Zhangyru zholy) on the topic of "The Constitution of Kazakhstan is the Guarantee of Interethnic Harmony."

The workshop was moderated by S.A. Nikiforova and A.S. Lamanova. The target audience of the workshop were students from Karaganda Medical University and Abylkas Saginov Karaganda Technical University.

Vilen Borisovich Molotov-Luchansky, Doctor of Medical Sciences and Professor at the "KMU" NCJSC, head of the scientific and expert group of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan, spoke at the workshop. He spoke to the participants about the key provisions of the new Constitution of Kazakhstan, ensuring constitutional rights and liberties of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the activities of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan. All participants noted the high standard, educational impact, and applied significance of the workshop. The presentations sparked interest among the audience. Particularly engaging were the presentations by Zh.A. Azimbayeva, Head of the Department of Russian Language and Culture at  Abylkas Saginov Karaganda Technical University, and T.V. Timokhina, senior lecturer from the same department.
